Hello, I'm having issues with playing Genshin Impact with my current laptop, its an 11th generation i7, with Intel Iris XE
I've been searching for this issue, and all that I found was that I should update my drivers, to which I did, but it stopped working after a bit.
Basically, my first error with it was that I tried going into an specific section of Genshin (going underwater in Fontaine), and my game would instantly freeze, when I updated my drivers it fixed that and things were going smoothly, but now my game freezes at random times instead of an specific part (the game keeps running though, because I can hear the sounds and everything, but the screen keeps frozen) and then my screen itself starts glitching like lines appearing on the top, screen blinking black, brighness stops being adjustable, and things like that.
However, restarting my laptop seems to fix everything as it goes back to running every other game normally with no issues, until I go into Genshin and it all happens again.
Any help to what I'm currently facing?

Hello amyleebanana,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I can imagine how frustrating this behavior is for you.
I would like to let you know that this issue seems to be present on newer versions of Intel graphics drivers and is not present on an older driver version.
Intel is investigating this issue and a fix will be provided in a future driver release. You can perform a clean install of the older driver and check if the issue persists.

Thank you, it did work, though I downloaded an Intel Iris XE driver on its own page (This one: https://www.intel.com.br/content/www/br/pt/download/785597/790665/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
Should I keep it, or should I download the one you sent me? I wasn't sure if they were the same thing or not
