Is a 1.790V Input Voltage and 1.35V CPU Core Voltage Safe for My i9-14900K?

Hi all,

I’m using an Intel i9-14900K with an ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 EVA motherboard. I noticed that my CPU input voltage is set to 1.790V, and the core voltage is at 1.35V. These values are from the automatic settings provided by the motherboard.

I’d like to know if these voltages are safe for long-term use, especially considering the lifespan of the CPU. My system is running stable, and temperatures are under control, typically staying under 70°C.

Should I adjust these settings manually, or are they within the safe range for this CPU? Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
