Obrigado por responder, minha placa de vídeo é uma Intel iris xe graphcis, não sei qual seria o controle gráfico porque estou usando um tradutor para entender, já tentei mudar a qualidade da textura nas configurações do jogo, já mudei a resolução, já mudei a qualidade das sombras, já deixei tudo no mínimo e tudo no máximo, mas nada funciona, My launcher was pirated but thinking that the problem was that the game was not original, I bought it but it didn't change.

Thank you for the update.
Upon checking the SSU, I found out that the Graphics driver is not updated. You are using driver version 32.0.101.6078 and the latest driver is version 32.0.101.6732. You may download this in the link below:

However, upon further checking. The game that you are playing requires a higher Graphics for it Minimum hardware requirement. Have you tried contacting the game developer if they support onboard Graphics?
