Porque meu centro de comando não aparece a opção de mudar/adicionar uma resolução?

Oi, quando eu instalei a atualização do drive, mudou completamente, e uma dessas mudanças foi que eu não acho a opção de adicionar ou mudar a resolução, ja reinstalei o drive, mas nada muda, aqui esta uma foto de como esta a interface onde deveria ter a opção de mudar a resolução:
