Ragnarok Online Crash

I can't start the ragnarok online because of the graphic issue.

If i disable the graphic from device manager the game can run.

 

I was using HP Pro SFF 400 G9 Desktop PC, windows 11 version 24H2 with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14500 2.60 GHz and the intel graphic version is 32.0.101.5973 can't run the game. pls help, tq

Thanks for reply, sorry.. as for now my graphics driver version is  32.0.101.6734. Same problem with another ragnarok online server using Gepard Shield AntiCheat.

I have thoroughly tested the game with both your Intel UHD 770 iGPU (driver version 32.0.101.6129) and a NVIDIA RTX 4060 (driver version 32.0.15.7283). Unfortunately, both configurations encountered the same issue, which suggests the problem may be related to the game itself rather than the hardware or drivers.

I think u need to Open Setup and select DirectX 7 from Graphics API. posible this problem from directX?
