Hello, so i'm using the intel command center and it automatically detects compatible games and injects its graphics. However when it detects roblox, and I set it up and start running it, there's no change at all. I tried installing and uninstalling, checking if it's related to my drivers (I installed the latest ones compatible with my gpu), installing it from other sources - it didn't budge.
I tried to manually select the game executable (it said it couldn't find it when I tried using the Launch button) and doing the same thing, still didn't work.
My cpu is intel core i5 12500h, and my gpu is an intel iris xe. Can I get some help as quickly as possible? I have been trying everything to make roblox look better.. it's still kinda ugly even at maximum graphics settings..

Hello Sabo1,
Thank you for posting in the community. Please note that the Intel Graphics Command Center is applicable for integrated GPUs in 7th to 10th generation processors. For the 12500H with Iris Xe graphics, the newer versions of the graphics driver utilize Intel Graphics Software (IGS). You might want to try using IGS to configure your settings and see if it improves your gaming experience.
Additionally, I have a few more questions to better assist you. Could you please answer the following:
- What is the exact model of your laptop?
- Are you using the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta) from the Microsoft Store?
- What is your current graphics driver version?
- Are you experiencing any performance issues with the game?
Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

Good evening, mod. My computer is an ASUS Vivobook X1605ZA, and yes, I was using the beta version of the command center just for testing it out a bit. Especially after installing the latest drivers from this site, I tried to improve Roblox's looks since their staff just disabled shader programs like Reshade or Bloxshade. So I imagined using the gpu's native graphics would help me out, and since my default command center didn't really have much options, I installed the beta which had game optimizations and much more options.
I installed 32.0.101.6651, which was compatible with the intel iris xe family so I figured I'd install it. But for some reason, in the attached image, the SSU displays the drivers as 31.0.101.4255, even after reinstalling the drivers and clearing past ones multiple times. I honestly just realised now and don't know what to do with this..
Also I haven't really experienced any performance issues with Roblox after trying to use the command center, basically it's just not working. Oh, and I tried using IGS' settings - maybe it's a problem with the game itself but I also don't see much of a difference.
Best wishes.

Hello Sabo1,
I'm following up to see if you've had a chance to review my previous response, where I asked some questions and requested SSU logs for further investigation. Please provide your answers so we can proceed and identify the appropriate solution for this issue.

Hey! Sorry to hear Intel Command Center isn't working with Roblox. Try these:
- Ensure Roblox is updated
- Check Intel Command Center settings for Roblox-specific options
- Disable/enable Intel Graphics in Roblox settings
If issues persist, consider reaching out to Intel support or Roblox community forums for further assistance
