Tengo un problema con el fc 25 y necesito ayuda

Básicamente, lo que me sucede es que inicio el juego tranquilamente, juego un partido y en 2 minutos me da un error y el juego crashea. Este es el error: DirectX function getdeviceremovedreason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung (The GPU will not repond to more commands") GPU: "Intel (R) Xe (R) Graphics" Desde que juego al FIFA 23 me sucede, pero ahora el error me sucede muchísimas veces. Necesito ayuda porque es injugable

Mis Componentes son:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-10100F

RAM 16GB

GPU: Intel (R) Xe (R) Graphics

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to play your game (FIFA 23) properly and that you are having DirectX error. Can you confirm that your processor is Intel® Core™ i3-10100F Processor? If this is correct, then you may have to share your system configuration so I can properly check and provide an appropriate fix, since this processor does not have onboard graphics. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

  • Scan: Check the box Everything.
  • Click Scan.
  • Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
  • Click Save (.txt). Attach the log file as you reply.

 

Please also make sure that your system meets the game system requirements so it will run smoothly.

Hello, the error occurs in FC 25 and if my processor is Intel Core®™ i3-10100F there I will send my system configuration and I think my PC meets the requirements since I play the game with 60 stable fps but then it crashes.

Hello Jereee,

 

Please be advised that the "F" series processor (Intel Core i3-10100F) does not have an integrated graphics. Upon further checking, it seems that your motherboard has onboard graphics, the reason why you are seeing Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.

 

I highly recommend proceeding with a clean installation of the latest OEM driver, version 30.0.100.9864. Once done you may proceed with the troubleshooting steps from the article links below. *These steps are also applicable to FIFA 23.
