i am trying to run Ghost of Tsuhima on my laptop with low settings at 1920x1080.

Hi, akhilesh2201.
Thank you for posting in our Community. I see from the image that you're experiencing several glitches even while running the game at low settings. Given your system configuration (i5-12500H with Iris Xe graphics), it should be capable of handling 1080p on low settings, but there may still be some optimizations we can try. I also noticed that your graphics driver (32.0.101.6557) is outdated, so I recommend updating to the latest version, 32.0.101.6559, to see if that resolves the graphics glitches.
Knowing your processor, and graphics model is a good start, but I could still use more information about your system configuration. Please run the Intel SSU report and share the results with me so I can verify details such as OS build, driver version, errors logged at the system level, etc
Furthermore, If you have done any other tests please let me know the details so we don't cover the same ground twice.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,

Hello, akhilesh2201.
Thank you for your continued patience. I’ve reviewed the system requirements for EA Sports WRC, and I noticed that the game recommends using a discrete graphics card for optimal performance. However, your computer does not appear to have a discrete graphics card, which could be contributing to the issues you're experiencing with the game.
Additionally, could you also let me know which digital service you're using to play the game (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, etc.)? Additionally, did the game work properly before, or was this issue present after an update or change?
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello, akhilesh2201.
I have not heard back from you, I will close this inquiry now. Once again, Based on your system specifications, it's important to ensure that your laptop meets the minimum requirements for running Ghost of Tsushima smoothly. The game has certain graphics and performance demands. As mentioned earlier, updating drivers is a good step in troubleshooting, and since you’ve already done that, I recommend reaching out to your OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for more guidance on hardware optimization. Additionally, you may want to check with the game developers to ensure there aren’t any specific compatibility issues or updates that could help improve performance.
If you need further assistance, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Von M.
