I played the first chapter smoothly without any crash but started crashing towards the end of chapter 2 and I couldn't get past it. I downloaded 100% save game to try out other chapters but every chapter I start crashes.
Please I'll appreciate all you'll do to help me out.

· Have you tried different driver versions?
· What is the game service distribution?
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center

I noticed that the graphics driver is not up to date, please download the latest version from here: 31.0.101.4669
If the issue persists, can you try installing an older version? 31.0.101.4675 or 31.0.101.4677
