Hello @Vonk

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Por favor, informe-se que eu só posso apoiá-lo na língua inglesa. Eu usei uma ferramenta de tradução web para traduzir esta resposta, portanto, pode haver alguma tradução imprecisa

First, we recommend checking with the game developer for assistance and tips to adjust the game's screen resolution to use the proper settings.

However, you may also follow these steps to try to stretch the screen for a game:

  1. Launch the Intel® Graphics Command Center app.
  2. Go to Display > General tab > Resolution.
  3. Select a Resolution different than the Recommended resolution.
  4. Go to Scale and select Stretched
  5. Launch the game and go to Settings > Video.
  6. In the game settings, select the desired Aspect Ratio and Resolution. Apply Changes and Save.
  7. Check if the game stretches properly.

After that, you may revert back to the Recommended resolution in the Intel® Graphics Command Center and usually, there should not be necessary to repeat the steps the next time that you play the game.

Note: Display capabilities, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customizations, and game settings may limit the possibilities to select Scale Options and Resolutions. For more details, please also review this article:

Scale Options Are No Longer Available After Updating the Intel® Graphics Command Center

If the behavior persists, please provide us with the following information so we may check this further:

1- Game's name and Distribution Service used to acquire the game (example: Steam / Origin / Epic / XboxGamePass / UbisoftConnect)

2- Screenshots showing the game settings:

3- Monitor maker and model, screen resolution selected, the type of cables and video ports that you are using to connect it to the computer

4- Screenshot from Intel® Graphics Command Center > Display > General tab.

5-Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers following the steps on the link. Make sure the monitors you use to play the game are connected to the computer when generating the report.

6- Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system:

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
  • Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.

To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.
