can someone tell how to get this old control panel setting back ?

i just comeback valorant with my i3-1005g1 lap (hp240g8) and i used to have this gaming setting in my control but now it gone i tried to download older version of driver but it seem like didnt work

Unfortunately, gaming-related features have been moved from Intel® Graphics Command Center to our newest gamer-focused user interface, Intel® Arc™ Control. Since your system doesn't meet the requirements for the Arc Control application, we would like to inform you that the game-related features may still be available in the Intel Graphics Command Center BETA. You can download the BETA from the Microsoft Store.
