Thank you for providing the initial details about the issue you're experiencing with WWE 2024. To better understand and diagnose the problem, we would appreciate it if you could generate and send us a System Support Utility (SSU) report.

Kindly answer the following questions:

  • What are the current graphic settings you are using in WWE 2024?
  • Are there any error messages displayed when the game crashes during big staged arenas?
  • Do you experience similar issues with other games or applications that are graphically intensive?
  • Have you tried other troubleshooting steps?

Collecting this information will help us pinpoint the issue more effectively and provide a suitable solution.

We look forward to your response!

Graphics: GeForce GTX 1060 / Radeon RX 480 - https://store.steampowered.com/app/2315690/WWE_2K24/

Post your Dxdiag: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

The Intel Iris XE graphics card is far below the minimum requirement: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1060-6GB-vs-Intel-Iris-Xe/3639vsm1268515

It's true that games can perhaps run below the minimum requirements, here I've run games that require tenth generation INTEL on my i5 6400; but there are risks of the game presenting performance problems. If possible, consider upgrading your video card if possible.
