안녕하세요.

자동업그레이드 경고가  뜨서    업그레이드를 했는데 또 최신프로그램이라고 나오는데도 계속 설치하라고 나오며 설치하면 삭제하고 다시 설치를 계속 반복되요

Could you please elaborate more regarding the issue that you are experiencing?

Are you trying to install a graphics driver? If yes, please provide the steps that you are following so we can try to replicate this.

Please confirm if you are trying to update a driver using the .exe file from Intel® Download Center (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/) or are you using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA)?


Also, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread to gather more details about your system.

  • Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
  • Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
  • To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Note: To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.
