Bende i5 1135 g7 işlemci iris xe ekran kartlı notebook var. 3 kez servise verdim.

-Donanım testlerinde intelin testi dahil sorun yok

İntel system spport is attached.
It's been there since I got the computer. So I've been having a blue screen problem for 2 years.
I sent it for service 3 times. Motherboard, ram, ssd completely replaced.
When I do a clean windows installation, there is no blue screen for about 1 month,
then the blue screen starts and blue screen occurs every day.
Bios and all drivers are up to date. It's been up to date for 2 years.
I keep the computer regularly updated on software and bios.
In summary, we could not find a software or hardware solution.
Service changed 2 times motherboard 2 times screen, ssd, ram.
All possible hardware changes were made more than once.
The result is the same for all changes.
I have experienced these problems in all versions of windows 10 for 2 years.
As I said, if you install cleanly with the format, it manages for about 1 month without a blue screen.
I'm having the problem while browsing internet pages in browsers such as google chrome and opera.
I don't know if it has anything to do with hardware acceleration but I need to use hardware acceleration.
I also experienced the blue screen on the desktop once when the computer was booting.
All remaining problems are while browsing the internet on browsers such as google chrome, opera, watching youtube videos.
All my blue screens for 2 years are video tdr failure, igdkmd64.sys and ntoskrnl.exe
I am attaching some blue screens that I have experienced so far in the winrar file. Thanks.

Also, when I googled, I came across similar blue screen problems with iris xe video card.
Some people like me have experienced the blue screen while browsing the web browser.
Many things have been done in the service, the equipment has been changed more than once,
but we cannot find a solution to the issue. That's why I'm having trouble using the computer.

Hello brkbskc,
Thank you for your response. All the information provided has been really helpful.
Please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Update graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4255. For guidance, How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11 (Method 2).
- I understand that you need to use hardware acceleration. Just for testing, can you deactivate it?

I had no problems when google chrome hardware acceleration was disabled
And windows power settings made better performance instead of best performance. 2nd day is today.
The same blue screen error occurs when hardware acceleration is turned on
And the windows power setting is set to the best performance.
My computer is actually powerful enough to use hardware acceleration and at best performance.
I also saw a user on Google had the same problem at best performance.
For this reason, I lowered the power management to better performance. No blue screen for 2 days.
Hardware changes were made to the computer many times in the service.
I think the issue is not hardware related.
The problem is either due to hardware acceleration or best performance setting in power management.
I read similar problems when I searched iris xe bsod in many places on Google.
Someone mentioned hardware acceleration directly.
Another user, who said that he is a computer engineer, said that there was no blue screen when he lowered it to better performance in power management
If you check in terms of video card software, maybe there is a software error that has been overlooked.
Because I saw this problem on the iris xe graphics card in computers from many computer manufacturers.
Unfortunately, the software on Intel's site or the software on my computer manufacturer's site is not a solution by itself.
Many hardware parts have been changed many times at the service.
Other than a chronic problem, I think the probability of a hardware problem is quite low.
After replacing 3 motherboards, ssds, ram, the problem continues unless hardware acceleration and power settings are lowered to better performance.
Thank you very much for your interest. Hopefully a software check can be done.
I'm not the only one having the problem.
And what we have in common with all the living is hardware acceleration.
And to solve it by lowering the power setting to better performance.
Finally, there is no problem when using ubuntu.

Latest status; I made a few more attempts.
When better performance is selected instead of best performance in Windows power settings,
it does not cause any problems even though I force the computer.

Today is day 3.
Hardware acceleration is on.
Windows power management is set to better performance instead of best performance.
No blue screen issue. I think the solution to the 2 year old issue may be related to the power options setting, very interestingly.
I have said before.
A computer engineer on another iris xe blue screen on Google said that I found a solution in this way.
Maybe this is the solution for now.
In summary, the first possibility of the problem is choosing the best performance in windows power settings.
Or hardware acceleration, which is now less likely.

Hello brkbskc,
Thank you for your response, it has been really helpful.
Happy to hear that the issue is fixed. If you want, what I can do for you, is to start an investigation to check is there is another solution.
Let me know if you agree, and if you have further questions.

Thank you for your interest.
I've been trying for 3 4 days.
The most important case where I don't get any blue screen is using windows power settings as better performance.
Hardware acceleration didn't blue screen when I used it on this power setting.
I don't know if it's a software related issue, but maybe your software team will work on a solution.
My minidump files are attached in the above messages, maybe they will be of use to your software team.
As I said before, it went to the service 3 times and everything changed in terms of hardware.
If this is not a chronic problem, I think it can be completely solved with software.
Because different brand notebook users using iris xe have experienced similar errors.
For now the solution is to use it as better performance in power settings.
Thanks again.

But of course, I would like to use the computer with hardware acceleration turned on at windows best performance setting
.
I would be very happy if there is another solution or a complete solution.
So of course I accept other solution suggestions.

Today is day 4. And unfortunately I had a blue screen error.
Again the same iris xe error "igdkmdn64" problem. I had it while browsing google chrome.
The minidump file is attached.
I hope there is a solution as software.
Despite all the hardware changed 3 times in the service, there was no blue screen solution.
It just went 4 days without a blue screen on the better performance setting.
But better performance tuning was not the solution either.
I was able to use it for 4 days without any problems at this power setting.

Hello brkbskc,
We have been working on the investigation since this issue has been happening since you got the computer, and considering manufacturer drivers, generic and clean installation of the Operating System has been performed and the issue comes back this could be hardware related. We recommend contacting the laptop manufacturer.
Now, we will close this thread. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
