Не запускается Intel Graphics Control Panel

Пытался открыть IGX но оно е открывается, обновил драйвер (у меня встроенная видеокарта UHD Graphics 630) на нужный драйвер ,оно успешно обновилась, но IGX таки не запустился((((

помогите пожалуйста!!!!!!!!
