インテル® ドライバー & サポート・アシスタントをダウンロードしましたが、何度アンインストール&再起動しても下のエラーが出ます。
『インテル® ドライバー & サポート・アシスタントがブロックされています。ヘルプが必要な場合は、よくある質問 (FAQ) を参照してください。』
Microsoftで質問スレッドが経っていましたが、原因は不明です。

IDSA accesses localhost on posts 28385-28389. It also connects to www.intel.com, downloadcenter.intel.com, and downloadmirror.intel.com, all on port 443 (HTTPS).
Make certain these ports are not blocked on your firewall.
