我使用的产品是英特尔i9 13900h移动端的核显。在运行CA官方的全面战争游戏作品时出现了不知道是驱动还是什么之类的问题,而且是在系统调试了兼容性,运行库备全的情况下。在运行全面战争三国的时候出现了战略地图地面建模变黑的现象;在运行中世纪2全面战争和罗马2全面战争的时候出现了严重的不兼容现象,打开之后过不了多久就会因为各种原因跳出或黑屏或卡顿无法运行任何指令。我认为是CA老游戏识别不了显卡型号和CPU型号导致紧急制动跳出。具体体现是中世纪2全面战争打开之后,游戏识别分辨率为1400*900,而本机的分辨率为2.5K,在进行了画质设置后,调到极高画质,弹出窗口表示我的配置过低。这款游戏较老,尽管配置调到最高也不吃配置,我之前使用i5-6300u核显高画质也能畅玩,但在这款十三代i9上却显示配置较低需调整画质,我认为只能是游戏识别不了显卡,显卡的驱动程序在这款游戏上有问题。然后再说明一下,我的显卡驱动和任何驱动都是最新版本,主板各零件都是新机官网买来没有任何问题,实测也没有问题。除了中世纪2外,其他全面战争作品也出现了类似的问题。我希望英特尔官方能尽量修补这个漏洞或者帮助我解决这个问题。我买这款CPU的笔记本的初衷就是为了畅玩全面战争系列,可接连的情况让我比较失望,我诚挚地希望英特尔能修补这个问题,如今还有大部分玩老游戏的玩家,希望英特尔也能既优化新游戏,也多想想老游戏的兼容问题,谢求了,感激不尽。

We comprehend that you are experiencing multiple issues; however, we always recommend opening a thread per issue to avoid confusion and to better assist you with each problem. We will continue helping you with the Total War: Rome II freezing problem and invite you to open individual threads for your other issues. To better assist you regarding the Total War: Rome II, provide us with the following:-

  • Is the game able to recover from the freeze at some point? Does the game close?
  • Is the issue related to a game section or action?
  • Is there any error message when the game freezes?
  • Record a video showing the issue, and share it in your next response.
  • To gather more details about your system, please create another system report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU).
    • Download the Intel SSU
    • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."
