關於 Intel arc 750 8K硬解問題

當初買 Arc 750 是為了硬解 8k 60fps AV1 影片而買的,有些影片跑起來流暢正常,但少部分會把 GPU 使用率提升到 100%,而且會有Lag的情況,請問這個問題有沒有辦法解決?我使用的播放軟體是 potplayer,作業系統是 Windows 10 pro 64bit,處理器是 i5-12400,內顯是停用的。

I tried several time, I think monitor resolution support 8k or not, is not the reason of lag, because I tried other 8K 60fps videos, there are without lag, that's why I don't understand.

Hello YilingC,


I see, could you please record a video of your system playing an 8K video? After that, please update to the latest driver, version 32.0.101.6083. For a clean installation, use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). I will provide the link for the driver and instructions on how to use the DDU.

Latest Driver: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics Driver (32.0.101.6083)


Once you have installed the latest driver, try playing the video again and record it in the same manner as you did above. Let me know what will be the outcome of this, as I am looking forward hearing back from you.
