Intel UHD Graphics 630 is present in some 8th, 9th and 10th gen processors. Intel supports 7th gen and later processors with Windows 10 only. Intel never produced drivers for these processors for Windows 8.1.

Sorry, but reality bites.

@IamKenae Sorry, drivers are only available for Windows 10 and later.
