안녕하세요. 노트북 사용시 아래의 스크린샷과 같은 오류가 발생하여 해당 문제해결을 위해 어떤 조치를 취해야하는지 질문드립니다.

Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I am sorry you are experiencing issues with Intel® Dynamic Tuning Technology (Intel® DTT).


  • I see that you are experiencing an error in the event viewer, is this causing any type of Blue Screen of Death or application crash?
  • Also, create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your response to get more information on the hardware configuration.

안녕하세요 휴고.

 

해당 오류로 인해 발생하는것은 확실하게 알 수 없지만 2~3일에 한번씩 블루스크린이 아닌 노트북 멈춤증상이 일어나며 마우스,키보드가 작동하지 않으며 화면이 까만색으로 변합니다. (듀얼모니터는 화면 멈춤상태로 유지)

 

만일 해당 DTT 오류로인해 멈춤증상이 일어나는 것이라면 어떻게 해결해야하는지 도움 부탁드립니다.

Thank you for the information the Intel® Dynamic Tuning Technology (Intel® DTT) is specifically provided to Original Equipment Manufacuters so they can customized it and implement it on their system. Due to this reason the best next steps will be that yo u contact your system manufacturer for further troubleshooting as they might have the specific driver you system need or further steps toresovle this issue.
