I have an 1135G7.

The monitor supports 2560x1440 and 120hz

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 3511

My monitor is a GIGABYTE GS27Q Advanced

I did a clean install of the latest intel drivers

My laptop only has an hdmi port

I tested it on another computer and it could display the specs

It wont work on this computer no matter what I try, what do i do?

Please note that the capabilities of a video connection depend not only on the graphics integrated in the processor but also on which components the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM = Dell in this case) uses for the path from the processor to the video port.

With the Inspiron 3511, Dell has apparently decided to limit the HDMI connection to 1080p @ 60 Hz.
