Currently trying to install the 15.40 drivers for Intel HD Graphics (4400) {https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18388/intel-graphics-driver-for-windows-10-15-40-4th-gen.html} , but upon install, it's not the version 15.40.7.64.4279, but version 20.10.15.5171. Version seen on driver properties on device manager.
If I try and update using have disk method, it goes through completely fine, but still shows different version.
Thanks for the help, I'm trying to rollback/install drivers to ones that still have DX12 compatibility, security issue is not a concern.
Do these drivers not work? Is there different ones I should install?
