32.0.101.6790 intel graphics software removes mobile/battery options for power savings; as well as many of the newer graphics firmware has forced incompatibilty with legacy games/visual novels on intel cpus that don't even use e cores.
I need them for my laptop's settings as while the panel self refresh and enhanced power saving should be on while my 11th gen intel laptop (p core only w/nvidia 3060 rtx gpu) is on battery mode, but it should be always off when my device is plugged in.
-I bought the p core only laptop intentionally to allow for gaming with legacy software; but changes in the graphics firmware updates from intel, made for their e core cpu, has forced incompatibility issues despite my hardware fully supporting vintage games and other legacy software.
please force an update to allow such non e core cpus to accuratly use anti aliasing on older games (directx x 6 - 9 games/win 95-windows vista); as well as not have legacy games not launching on the latest windows 10 and 11 builds; as well as not have a blank window when a older games opening or enging scene is played or when the game changes from full screen to window mode/and vise versa; freeze and/or crash when scenes are changed or animations are played; or a freeze when game and/or Visual novel's dialog multiple choice options are displayed.
**may be also an additional bug(s) when legacy games are played on devices and firmware that supports well over 60 fps, such as the bug that required a fix on Microsoft 3D Pinball: Space Cadet. may need to add an mode for legacy games to run in a emulated x32/x24/x16 bit mode(s) with a hard 60 fps limit for it to work. i don't know much about actual programming, but I do know my windows 10 and intel 11th gen cpu hardware was compatible, then antialiasing stopped working on older games, then alot of games stopped launching and/or are crashing; and/or some are freezing or showing a blank screen when some older encode animations as well as some newer encoded animations are being played; or while changing the window mode/fullscreen mode it also can cause the game to go blank or crash.
your updates are adding compatility issues, despite my hardware fully supporting such software. please fix it already for newer intel graphics software to work right on cpus that don't have e cores.

quantiztion range setting isn't remembered and often appears to changed back to "default" upon system reset or log off.

Intel must immediately pivot toward a more modular and architecture-sensitive driver development strategy You cannot force hybrid-architecture optimizations onto P-core systems and expect seamless compatibility ,,,this is a classic case of one-size-fits-none
introduce P-core vs Hybrid-core driver logic paths, ensuring backward compatibility isn't compromised by newer scheduling or threading logic designed for E-core systems. Implement a “Battery-Aware Display Mode” toggle that allows users to selectively enable/disable PSR and Enhanced Power Saving based on AC/Battery status.
- Implement an emulation layer or compatibility mode explicitly targeted for DirectX 5–9 applications. Options should include:
Enforced 60 FPS cap.
Legacy anti-aliasing shader profiles.
Resolution scaling behavior mimicking early Windows behavior.
Optional use of a virtualized legacy graphics stack for problematic titles.
Ensure all user-specified configurations like Quantization Range, color space, refresh behavior are saved and persist across sessions, no exceptions
hope it helps...
