Dear Intel!

I bought 2 PCs, with the same hardware, and I need a solution for setting the display output to 3440x1440 because I can't do it neither on them.

Attached Intel SSU file.

Hello icsi

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. To resolve this, please share more information with us:

  • Brand an model of the monitors/display used
  • Which connections do you use? (Ports, cables, adapters)
  • Do you use any adapters/converters?
  • How do you change the resolutions?
  • When you say you "can't do" that resolution in any of them, do you get a specific error?
  • What is the model of your system?
  • Did you get those resolutions before?
  • Please share an Intel® Graphics Command Center report with us:
    • Open the application
    • "Support" > "System Diagnostic" > "Generate Report "

Brand an model of the monitors/display used -> PHILIPS IPS MONITOR 34" - 345E2AE/00 3440X1440
Which connections do you use? (Ports, cables, adapters) -> Normal HDMI cable, tested with another PC, worked great with 3440x1440
Do you use any adapters/converters? -> No
How do you change the resolutions? -> Tried in windows, tried in intel software, no luck. I created a custom resolution with 3440x1440p30 in intel software, but the resolution is still 2560x1080, but more pixelated.
When you say you "can't do" that resolution in any of them, do you get a specific error?->  No errors.
What is the model of your system? -> ?
Did you get those resolutions before? -> These are new PCs, so no.
Please share an Intel® Graphics Command Center report with us:
Open the application
"Support" > "System Diagnostic" > "Generate Report " -> Attached the file.

Thank you for the information provided, after checking the reports we noticed the following:

Checking the reports we see that both the processor and the display support this resolution. Make sure to test different HDMI cables, the cable that comes with the display and a different monitor (if available). You can also contact Philips* to make sure the monitors firmware is up to date. After you try those recommendations, please let us know.
