Last time i bought used dell latitude 7490 with i7 8650u to study but i have problem when i want play i new games like valorant or cs 2 becouse in fullscreen mode it is stuck at 60fps and i can not do anything with it in older games like cs 1.6 or minecraft my fps are unlocked but i do not know what is wrong with uhd 620 i was trying every thing like turn off fullscreen optimalizations diffrent drivers regedit and many more but it is not working i was trying to find something like this in forums but there is no solution for me.
