My Dell XPS 13 9365 can't use virtual backgrounds in Zoom. If you try to enable the feature without a green screen, it tells you that your computer doesn't meet requirements.
This problem was much discussed for the 620 cards, resulting in a new video driver that solved the problem. Alas, the new feature is not activated for the 615 cards.
The message specifically said "this virtual background feature is enabled only on systems with intel® UHD Graphics 620 or later".
That is most unfortunate - my laptop is pretty recent (still under warranty), has a dual core i7 chip and plenty of RAM. Why would my card be excluded? Can we please have this reconsidered, and have the virtual background feature activated for the 615 cards?

rcaspi, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In reference to your question, just to let you know, the reason why the Zoom's virtual background feature does not work with Intel® HD Graphics 615 controller is because a design/technical configuration that was done by Zoom itself, you can always check with them directly about this scenario, so it is part of the application requirements, it is not related to a hardware design of the Intel® Graphics controller:

Any questions, please let me know.
