6700 CPU IGPU HD530
6th generation or higher graphics support 3 monitors. HDMI or DP terminal is indicated to support 3 monitors with 4096 resolution.

I have an ASUS Z170-A motherboard specification table with HDMI 4K
DP 4K
DVI 1920X1080P
D-SUB 1920X1080
became

On two 1920 monitors

I had a problem after replacing 2 QHD 2560X1440 monitors

Intel's built-in specification table says that it supports 3 monitors.

QHD 2560X1440 dual monitor does not output
If two are plugged in at the same time, only the monitor plugged in first will display 2560 resolution.

However, until the mainboard window logo such as BIOS

Both are output normally

No output after entering the window

Only one monitor displays the window screen

How do I fix this?

Changing all options such as multi-GPU IGPX in motherboard BIOS does not solve

If you plug in the 1080 monitor again, it will be up to 3 monitors.

BUT 2560 X 1440 resolution does not come in more than one

Has anyone solved the job?

Hello HD530,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To better assist you, I would appreciate if you could confirm the following information:

  • Can you please provide more information about your setup? Are you using any adapters? If so, please provide the model.
  • Please provide the model of the monitors
  • What is your graphics driver version?
  • Does this also occurs with the HDMI connected to one of the displays?

Please follow the steps provided in this article to get the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers and attach the report generated.

It’s important to mention that the Intel® HD Graphics 530 controller may support this resolution.

However, this depends upon the video output that is in use and other factors.

Actual capabilities for supported resolutions may vary from one system to another depending on the system configuration

Checking with the manufacturer  to determine the port capabilities would be recommended or you can check motherboard specifications.

Under section “Graphics” you can see the max supported resolutions for each port.
