945GM at 1920x1080

Hi guys!

Any ideas on how to make 945GM work at at 1920x1080 with Benq V2400 (D-Sub)?

Installed all the latest drivers for both. Nothing helps. Only 1680x1020.

945 is in Toshiba Satellite m100. Toshiba's support is dead silent.
