I am using an Intel Arc A370M with driver version 31.0.101.5186. I want to use this with Blender but it won't allow me, saying it ' Requires Intel GPU with Xe-HPG architecture and Windows driver version XX.X.101.5518 or newer'.
1. Does the A370M come with Xe-HPG architecture?
2. How can I make sure I have the right drivers?
I have a Dell and their support team said I have the latest, Dell recommended driver and if I want anything else, I need to talk to Intel.
Any advice would be really appreciated.

Hello Cairo1
Thank you for reaching out and providing details about the issue you are experiencing with your Intel Arc A370M and Blender. We understand your need for clarity regarding hardware compatibility and driver requirements.
The Intel Arc A370M is indeed with the Xe-HPG architecture, which is optimized for high-performance graphics and compute workloads, including those demanded by applications like Blender.
Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
Kindly answer the following questions:
- Which version of Blender are you currently using?
- Has Blender worked correctly with your Arc A370M before?
We look forward for your response!
