Hello lydmq,
Thank you for your reply and clarification
Since you have changed the performance acceleration within Arc Control for the graphics card, I recommend testing the game using the default settings in Ar Control.
If the issue persists, please answer the following questions:
- When we tried to replicate the issue we noticed you have an option on the settings called Dynamic Steaming Budget enabled, that option was not available on our end, is there something special you did to have this option available?
- Is this the only game you have this issue with?

Hello !
I use the default settings in ArcControl to play the game.
Are you referring to the launch option -eac_launcher_settings SettingsDX12.json? This is the launch option for running APEX with DX12.
Yes, this is the only game where I have encountered issues, possibly because I don't play other games as frequently.

Hello lydmq,
Thank you for your response.
I am referring to the Dynamic Steaming Budget option on the game settings (See screenshot below), when we were trying to replicate the issue that option did not show up in our game, did you do something special to show that option? That was the only game settings that we were unable to set.

Hello!
Regarding the option Dynamic Streaming Budget, my settings default to being able to choose between disable and enable. I haven't made any special adjustments, and testing with Dynamic Streaming Budget enabled or disabled does not eliminate the bug.
Today, I took the graphics card and plugged it into another computer. After using DDU to uninstall the old drivers and installing the latest A770 driver, I encountered the same screen tearing issue with the same game settings. I have also uploaded the SSU from the new computer.
I also contacted GUNNIR China's customer service. They mentioned that they have already coordinated with Intel and were able to replicate the related bug. In the end, I am looking forward to Intel providing better graphics cards and drivers. I will support you!

Hello lydmq,
Thank you for your time.
We tried to replicate the issue in both DX11 and DX12 and the issue is only present when playing in DX12, since this is a BETA feature of the game you should report it to the game's developer for further assistance.
Do you have the same behavior? Is the issue only present in DX12 for you?
I will wait for the clarification, if the issue is present in both DX versions let me know.
Regards,
Andres P.

Hello!
Today, I updated to the 4972 driver. As you mentioned, the issue only exists in DX12. However, I had my friends use 3070 and 6800XT graphics cards separately to play APEX in DX12, and they did not encounter similar problems. Additionally, when playing APEX in DX11, there is a significant and unstable frame rate fluctuation, which prevents me from playing the game as smoothly as in DX12.

Hello lydmq,
Thank you for keeping me informed of the situation.
Related to the frame rate fluctuation issue to keep this thread organized and help you in the best way, please open a new thread, and we will be more than glad to assist you.
We understand the DX12 works properly with 3070 and 6800XT graphics cards, since this is a BETA feature of the game, our recommendation is to report it to the game developer for further assistance.
For now, so we will close this thread. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Andres P.
