I am a recent A770 buyer and have had problems with the signal cutting out. I am to the point where I wiped Windows 11 and reinstalled Windows 11. The first thing that happened during the WHQL Intel software installation was the signal cut out, and the only way to get it back was to once again reinstall Windows 11. Presently I am using the Microsoft default driver.
Can you help?

Hello TruthGaming
Thank you for posting on the Intel Communities. I am sorry you are experiencing no display issue when installing the driver for your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics. Please let us know the following information to assist you with this issue:
- What type of connections are you using(HDMI, DP)? Have you tried different cables?
- Do you use any kind of video adapters?
- Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your response.
- Create a System report following these instructions. Only use the instructions under Intel Graphics Command Center (Intel GCC):
