Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I see that you are having graphic corruption issues with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics, I understand how frustrating this can be, I will be happy to help you.
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- When did the issue start?
- Did you make hardware and software changes? If so, which ones?
- What ports are you using to connect the monitor?
- Are you using a display adapter or docking station? If so, what is the make and model?
- What is the power supply make and model?
- What is the monitor's make and model?
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) to check your hardware and system information, you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Hi. I try to tell you what i know. At last time: i turn on twitch (from opera browser) for world of tanks dropps. And in the same time i play games like world of tanks or fallout 76. And i randomly check the drop progress. And at this time happened when i press the windows key for put down the game window for switch to opera. (+ on world of tanks can happen when i turn off the v sync. ) i dont change anything. Im use hdmi cabel. My monitor is asus vg245h. psu seasonic b12 bc-750
i dont use any display adapter or docking station.
im updated my vga driver for the lastest version after my first post.

Please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Test the graphics card using a different port, cable, and monitor or TV.
- Clean install graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4578 Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- If the issue persists, repeat the previous steps but this time by downloading 31.0.101.4644.
- Update the BIOS to the latest version, you can contact Gigabyte for guidance.
