About the stuttering issue of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Recently, when I was playing Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, I would get stuttered from time to time, and after a while, the stuttering got better, and then after a while, it stuttered again

My computer configuration is as follows:

CPU:i5-1240P

Graphics:Intel(R) lris(R) Xe Graphics

Graphics driver version: 31.0.101.4953

The game doesn't take up much memory while it's running, but the graphics card memory is close to full

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 I set the image quality to low

You can run the game a little while it's being repaired to see if it's working

This shouldn't need logs, right?

We understand you are experiencing issues with Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics eligible while playing the Microsoft Flight Simulator, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

 

Please answer the following:

 

·      Was it working before?

·      What is the game distribution service? Please provide the download link.

 

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

 

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center
