This error when trying to launch on the X-Plane 12 game is a known issue we are currently working on, at the moment there is no estimated time for the issue to be resolved but rest assured we continue to work on this problem.

Thanks for your patience. The issue you've reported has already been addressed in X-Plane 12 Beta version 12.1.0.
Update to the BETA version can be found here: https://www.x-plane.com/kb/using-x-plane-betas/
Please note that the fix is not available in the public version of X-Plane 12.
Installing the Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows* version 101.5186 or newer includes performance improvements for X-Plane 12.
