Access PCI base address in Win7

I would like to control one of the 14 GPIO provided on the Poulsbo UW15w. So i decided to get the PCI base address for LPC interface since the GPIO locate at there LPC Interface (D31:F0). I got the filter driver to access the PCI configuration but it only works on WinXP not on Win7. So, how do I get the PCI base address for LPC interface in win7?
