Actualización de controlador de graficos

Muy buenas noches, tengo un problema al momento de actulizar el controlador de Gráficos Intel® Arc™ e Iris® Xe - WHQL - Windows

Debido a que se descarga la actualización con normalidad, pero al momento de darle click a "instalar", no responde a la acción y por más que le de no funciona, llevo días con este problema y no le encuentro solución, sería muy amable brindarme asistencia con esto.

• Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
