After Windows 10 Creators Update I found that I have 8bit color only and there are no options to change the color to 32 or 64-bit color. Current driver is intel HD Graphics 4600 driver 10.18.15.4248. Any help fix other than trying to rollback to earlier windows.

Hello stramlerm,
Thank you for joining the Graphics Community. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with that driver version.
I was unable to find this specific driver version from our download site, please confirm this here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/81496/Intel-HD-Graphics-4600 Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4600. So, the version you are referring could be provided from your computer manufacturer or Windows Updates, and that specific case I recommend reporting this behavior to their support. From my end, you can always test one of the drivers found in the link above.
Regards,
Amy C.

Thank You for responding,
This is the latest HP Driver. Graphics 4600 driver 10.18.15.4248
I tried using the generic driver from intel using the auto install, No luck.
Would you have a step by step way to force the new driver to install?

/thread/120317 stramlerm, sure.
Try these steps: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and... . Bear in mind that our drivers are generic, and might not include the feature you are looking for.
