L'ultimo aggiornamento HP del Luglio 2023 è 31.0.101.4502, con Intel Driver&SupportAssistant ha installato 32.0.101.6790 ma poi quando riavvio il PC se cerco aggiornamenti con Windows Update mi installa 31.0.101.5334 è installato questo driver! E' corretto? Grazie per l'aiuto! Saluti

La app IntelDriver& SupportoAssistant quando ha aggiornato il driver ha installato Intel Grafic Software, ma vedo anche nelle app installate Intel Grafic Software & driver non ricordo di avere installato! Saluti

Dopo numerosi tentativi sono riuscito a installare il driver 32.0.101.6793 e al momento Windows Update attivo non lo ha cambiato ! Da Visualizza Cronologia Affidabilità sono spariti gli errori hardware e arresti Windows andiamo meglio spero non cambia ancora ! Non capisco come mai Intel Driver Support Assistant segnala installata la versione driver 32.0.101.6790! Saluti

Va bene il PC ho aggiornato i driver perché l'ultima versione da HP era del 2023 volevo installare driver aggiornati , non ci sono modifiche hardware e ho scaricato aggiornamenti da Windows Update per antivirus Windows Defender! Saluti

HO installato il driver 32.0.101.67993 ma poi Windows Update ha installato non capisco il 31.0.101.5334! Poi ho installato il driver 32.0.101.6790 e sembra al momento non viene cambiato da Windows Update! Saluti

Niente da fare ho installato il driver 32.0.101.6793 ma poi quando riavvio il PC Windows Update installa 31.0.101.5534 mi sono spaventato finito di installare il driver Intel lo schermo era nero ho spento il PC con il pulsante di accensione, poi quando ho avviato era tutto ok! HO contattato HP hanno detto che non fanno più aggiornamenti per la scheda grafica l'ultimo loro era del 2023 devo scaricare gli aggiornamenti driver da Intel! Saluti

Lavoro se per lei va bene per la assistenza remota dal lunedì a venerdì dalle 18 in poi ora Italiana, se da assistenza anche sabato e domenica dalle 12 in poi ora italiana! Qui in Italia ora sono le ore 19.50 per darle un idea! Mi faccia sapere! Saluti

Mi dispiace ma in questi giorni non riesco forse venerdi' 24 o la settimana prossima! Ora è installato il driver 32.0.101.6793! L'unico problema è che Intel Driver & Support Assistant segnala installato 32.0.101.3790! C'è una chat con traduzione? Purtroppo se mi contatta telefonicamente non parlo inglese! Saluti
