Hi,
On my laptop (model: Razerbook13), I need to connect an Arc A770 graphics card to a Thunderbolt 4 docking station. The first question I have is: Does an Arc A770 graphics card have an eGPU? Second, I noticed that Resize Bar or Smart Access Memory must be enabled to use the maximum performance of the card. Does my laptop have to enable those features?

Yes you can use an Arc A770 as an eGPU, but also yes you'll ideally need to have ReBAR enabled on your laptop.
Performance is always hobbled a bit with a TB connection (x4 PCIe lanes) anyway, and without ReBAR it really wouldn't be very good on the Arc card.
