I've been having this issue for about a week. it started 3 weeks after purchasing a new pc with an I7 4770s processor. I'm using onboard graphics and have now tried both VGA and HDMI but get a blank screen after the windows startup logo. I've tried every driver version I can find, 2 on the intel site and 1 on the asus site for the m11ad pc. Windows loads on both hdmi and vga using the generic driver.
I've tried loading windows with the intel driver so I could connect with teamviewer but it does not come online with the intel driver installed. Therefore I think windows does not load completely unless the standard driver is installed. I'm really not sure where to go from here. My bios is up to date and I've wen from Windows 8.1 to Windows 7 with no change in status.
I will load my DXDIAG in a reply.

Hi AlphaChill,
I am sorry to hear you are having this problem but let me help you with this.
Based on your description, there are some troubleshooting steps I want you to try. I see you have tested VGA and HDMI so I wonder, have you tried DVI? Is there a chance to test this connection?
It is also important t say that it is very important and necessary to use a direct connection (no video adapters) to avoid interference with the signal.
Besides these steps, you can try updating the BIOS to latest from your Computer Manufacture.

Thank you for your reply, Kevin. DVI is not an option on this motherboard. I am using direct connections for both hdmi and vga. I can try updating the bios the next time I am over there and see if there's any difference.
