Any idea why computer freezes for 10 or more seconds every 30 minutes after installing latest Intel Graphics Drivers?

CPU: Intel Pentium G2030 3.00ghz

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit (1909)

Intel Graphics Drivers: 10.18.10.5129
