i got my asrock arc 770 phantom gaming 16gb today but i cant go over 60hz on 4k. i get that i can change to 120hz 4k but as soon as i do no signal... disturbing!!

gpu has hdmi 2.1 support for 4k 120hz.. displayport 2.0.
i have displayport cable 1.4 to hdmi 2.1 still can't get over 60hz on 4k... i can't even go over 60hz anymore with qhd 2580 x 1440p.

displayport cable 1.4 to hdmi 2.1 works at 144hz 4k with igpu at 11600k i5 without problems.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong? I have a Lg 55 qned nanocell 120hz tv 2023 model with two 4k 120hz hdmi 2.1 connections...

i have found a way around the problem, i get to run with igpu at 4k 120hz until intel fixes their problem with arc770.

I'm disappointed in intel properly!

so intel fix this by the week immediately..

I'll wait until I fix this or I'll return it!

Hello Totaledm,

Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We see that you are unable to select the 4k 120Hz resolution, and we will be more than happy to assist you with your setup problem.

To better assist you, please provide us with the following:

  • When did the issue start?
  • Was there any other graphics card installed in the system before you installed the Intel Arc graphics?
  • Is Resizable BAR enabled?
  • What steps have you taken to solve this issue?
  • To have more information about your system, create a report using the following tools:

Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):

  • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

Intel Graphics Command Center:

  • Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
    • Navigate to the Support tab
    • Select System Diagnostic
    • Click Generate Report
    • Select Save and name the output file.

Since intel where late to respond. Asrock said, the card needs return to the dealer because something is wrong with the card.

Now its to late, I did buy Gigabyte Radeon RX 7800 XT 16GB Gaming OC instead.

Fix your issues with arc..
