As I reported an Intel Software issue I experience with Graphics drivers in a separate thread I was advised to contact Asus Support for they have taken over support for my NUC12WSKi7 and NUC12WSKi5 respectively.
However, the serial numbers entered on dedicated Asus support site are not recognised.
What is the solution please?

It sounds frustrating that the Asus support site isn't recognizing your NUC serial numbers. I'd recommend double-checking that you’re entering the serial numbers exactly as shown on your device, including any dashes or special characters. If that doesn’t work, try reaching out to Asus support directly through their chat or phone service.
Did Intel or Asus provide any specific instructions when they transitioned support for the NUCs?
