You have the original Windows 10 release from 2015. Before you do anything else, you need to get current with windows 10. You can try using windows update, or you can go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 and update now.
Your graphics driver will be installed with the windows 10 update.
This windows 10 update to get current will take a long time. Best to use a LAN connection if available. Make sure you have a backup of your data. And, you may have to take several steps to get current, being as far out of date as you are.
Also, your current version of Windows 10 (1507) is not support with current drivers.

Hello Nahuel,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
Our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool, hence; the translation may not be completely accurate.
The problem you are reporting is very difficult to appear with a graphics driver update, chances are that your Operating System (OS) was having issues that got worse after the OS update.
I will recommend you to contact your system manufacturer (OEM) or Microsoft* so you can restore the OS to factory defaults.
Regards,
Sebastian M
