Have you tried a different cable and a different monitor? Saying it is the graphics "card" is a bit premature.
Also, the manufacturer is SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for support of your lifebook, not intel. If it is not working, and you are using the drivers supplied by the lifebook manufacturer, send the lifebook back to them.

Ich habe verschiedene Kabel probiert. Der Laptop erkennt den Monitor kann aber das Bild nicht darstellen.
Das Lifebook ist 3 Jahre alt und der HDMI hat bis vor einem halben Jahr funktioniert. Gestern wollte ich ihn seit längeren wieder benutzen, ohne Erfolg.

What operating system and version? Are you using ONLY the driver from the manufacturer? If not, then you should.
Do not use the Intel generic driver.
