Established a new system Windows 7x86. After installing all the drivers that wereincluded, decided to upgrade the video driver. He went to the site intel downloaded the latest driver for the video adapter. The result of the computer will not boot, and left here this screen. My connection to the screen through HDMI .

Had the EXACT same issue on the Exact same board. I ended up booting into safe mode and rolling back the driver. After that everything was back to normal
Did some digging and it turns out that this driver (if you're using HDMI) may have handshake issues, so I'm just going to skip this "update" for now

Exactly. After a failed install new drivers, I went back to the old and everything works.So it's bad drivers.

I also enountered the same problems after a Windows Update of a newer driver as well as the newest from Intel. Reverting to the 8.15.10.2219 from the Asus website corrected the problem.
