Bordas pretas em jogos na resolução 1440x900 após a última atualização.

Após a última atualização todos os jogos estão com bordas pretas na parte superior e inferior, além de que no Centro de Comando Intel Graphics não existe mais a opção de Proporção de tela "Tela cheia" foi removido e agora nada resolve meu problema.

Tentei mexer em DPI do windows, alterar no painel da Nvidia é impossível já que o notebook usa a saída de vídeo da Intel Graphics. Preciso de soluções imediata!

To better assist you please provide the following reports to continue.

 

- DXDIAG

 

  • Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R.
  • On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK.
  • On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information.
  • Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save.

 

-Intel® Graphics report

  • With the graphics report, you don’t have to send reports from both tools just the one you currently use.

Eu não sei no que isso vai ajudar vocês, mas o problema ocorre em jogos com resolução 16:10 e porque falta a opção de esticar a imagem no aplicativo da Intel.

Infelizmente não resolveu meu problema com escala de resolução em jogos. A Nvidia tem essa opção mas não posso usar porque os graficos integrados dependende do software da Intel que é incapaz de implementar uma função tão simples e extremamente útil aos seus usuários. É por isso que a concorrência está a ganhar cada vez mais fãs e seguidores de suas linhas de produtos.

Based on the problem that you are experiencing please bear in mind the following:


In order to get the best configuration for any game you will need to get in touch with the game’s developer, they should be able to provide a configuration that works for your build even though the game as you have already figured out has limitations when it’s run on today’s hardware.


In regard to the Intel® Graphics Command Center performance and features we are continuously working on research and development of new updates for it and we are going to take your feedback and information provided into consideration for our developer’s team.


When it comes to games you need to bear in mind that some of them were meant to be run back in the day in platforms that used specifically DirectX 9,10,11, and when you run games like Beyond Two Souls for example, on modern platforms issues may occur because Windows 10 uses only Direct x12 by default and this game is not optimized for it; therefore, we would like to recommend the following:

Então nenhum jogo tem suporte. Foi testado todos os jogos que eu possuo e todos tem problemas. Engraçado que os mesmos jogos em processador Ryzen 4750G eles todos funcionam perfeitamente com a tela cheia, porque existem recursos para esticar os jogos 3D na tela cheia. Isso é falta de providenciar uma função adequada, já que no antigo software da INTEL existia tal recurso. Nunca podemos regredir e sim progredir. O que a intel está fazendo é regredir!

We respect your opinion about the tool and about the lack of options for your games; however, please bear in mind that your games will always be supported as long as the right specifications are met by the developers of the games in question; nonetheless, remember that some games as we were discussing will have limitations on today’s hardware, besides that if you feel more comfortable using the old Intel® Graphics Control Panel the article down below will help you install it.

Eu não uso o software antigo, como mandei na captura de tela, em um dos primeiros anexos, eu uso a última versão da Central de Comando de Gráficos Intel. E é por isso que estou reclamando, porque esse software é mais pobre do que a versão antiga!

Seus desenvolvedores não são capaz de incluir esta função tão simples? A incapacidade é tão grande quanto ao produzir um processador de 7nm? Estão ficando tão incompetente assim?

As we have been discussing in previous posts, in order to get the best configuration for a game you will need to get in touch with the game’s developer, their team should be able to provide a configuration that works for your build even though, some games as you might have already figured out have limitations.


Another option is also to use our recommended settings at gameplay.intel.com.


In regard to the Intel® Graphics Command Center as the article mentions the scaling options (Centered, Stretched, and Maintain Aspect Ratio) will become available when the screen resolution is different than the maximum supported resolution or recommended for the selected display is selected, besides that, in respect of the performance and features of the tool compared with its predecessor, we are continuously working on research and development of new updates for it and we are going to take your feedback and information provided into consideration.
