Gráficos Intel®-Drivers do Windows® 10 DCH

Sempre que tento instalar esta drive o computador começa a piscar quer o ambiente de trabalho quer a barra de ferramentas como se tivesse  a utilizar a opção atualizar no ambiente de trabalho sendo impossível até desligar de modo seguro o computador. A única maneira de resolver é fazer um restauro para uma altura em que a driver não tenha sido instalada.

Hi @fabio2307 

In order to get better information about your system, please download the Intel System Support Utility (SSU). Run the SSU scan and save the results. The .txt file with the results please attach to your post.

Hi @fabio2307 

1. The laptop OEM is customizing the Intel Drivers in many cases. My advise is to uninstall the Intel DCH Driver, reboot your computer and install the Graphics Driver, downloaded from the ASUS Download Site.

2. In the same place you may find also the NVIDIA Graphics Driver and the latest BIOS>
