Can't adjust brightness on screen Samsung NP880Z5E-X01UB, Error code: 0x4E24 (20004) when string to start service. Windows 10

I am trying to gt the brigightness setting to work. the following is about my comeputer

Intel(R) Content Protection HECI Service "service" will not start as well getting error 0x80070103 when.

I Was trying to update my Intel ME Interface Driver_11.0.0.1156\

Daniellmortensen: Thank you very much for contacting the Intel® Graphics communities. We are sorry to hear the laptop is not working properly.

 

 

Remember that the Intel graphics drivers are generic, meaning they might or might not work with your system, that is why we recommend to install the drivers provided in this case by Samsung. I looked on Samsung's web site for the drivers but it says that information is not available:

Since the Intel® i7- 3635QM processor works with Intel® HD graphics 4000, we can try to install the latest version of the graphics driver for that controller which is 4653:

If the problem persists after that, to re-install the drivers or a BIOS update might be needed. In that case the best thing to do will be to get in contact with Samsung directly for further technical or warranty assistance:
