Can't install Intel drivers for Intel UHD Graphics 630 on Dell 7460 AIO, running Windows 10 LTSB

I am having an issue installing the drivers. I've got an error: This installation is not supported by this processor type

The device is shown in windows Device manager as: Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

 

System is: Dell 7460 AIO

With Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB Version 1607 

 

I've tried removing the driver, installing in all possible ways and all possible versions. No luck.

Please advice where I can see more detailed information regards the issue? Or how it could be resolved? 

 

Appears there isn't a version for LTSB - Please advice.

You should update your Windows. Version 1607 is not supported by the latest drivers. You should be able to update LTSC version to version 1809 at least.
